Please make sure to fill out the Members Information Form each season as soon as possible to provide your contact information for our membership records. 

Fees

Fees for the 2024-25 season are $350, payable only by cheque or etransfer (to payments@vpchoir.ca) and due September 11th. 

If you need to pay in instalments, please submit post-dated cheques (for the full amount) dated for the first of the month. You may choose to submit as many post-dated cheques as desired but they must be presented all at once when you pay your fees. Receipts for fees paid will only be issued if requested. Fees are not pro-rated based on your planned participation in a season’s concerts.

If you are registering in January, the fee is $200. 

Bursaries are available. Please send Valerie Kuehne (valerik@vpchoir.ca) - an email detailing the reason for your request for bursary if you would like to be considered by the committee. Please also include how much, if any, of the fees you are able to pay.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is used in establishing your membership with the Victoria Philharmonic Choir Society (e.g. processing choir dues, sending communications about choir activities including, but not limited to upcoming rehearsals, concerts, choir volunteer opportunities, other VPC events and fundraising). If you would like more information, please contact the VPC choir manager or any board member. From time to time, photos and/or videos of the choir are taken for the purposes of publicity and promotion. If you do NOT consent to your image being used in this way, please communicate with the choir manager.
